S&B is performing FEL-2 and FEL-3 services for this greenfield 400MW green hydrogen facility in Texas. The plant will use renewable power (solar and wind - provided by others) to feed PEM electrolyzers to produce 400MW of green hydrogen. As part of our scope, S&B is evaluating two potential PEM vendors.
