Project Details
This propylene oxide (PO) and tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) plant was the world's largest at the time of completion. The project, which represented the client's largest ever capital investment, was split into a PO/TBA plant and an ethers unit. S&B performed construction for the ethers plant on a 34-acre site.
Despite significant challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple severe weather events, S&B delivered a high-quality facility on schedule and within budget.
